· Provision of specialized training courses in the field of computer.
· Issuing a chain of scientific books in the field of computer and information.
· Production of scientific, teaching and documentary films in the field of information.
· Establishment of a library for the programs, or for the national conferences and courses, and the specialized systems in the field of the computer.
· Holding seminars, and study courses to discuss the issues pertaining to the Society interests scope.
· Publication of monthly magazines and bulletins, to publish the Info. Technology.
· Publishing of the scientific articles and studies which relate to the Society interest.
· Organizing the scientific and educational competitions in the scope of the Society specialty.
2. Encouragement Of Scientific Research and Publication:
· Publication of scientific research periodical bulletin.
· Support of conducting the scientific specialized researches and studies in the field of the computer.
3. Convening the National Computer Conferences:
4. Holding the Scientific Seminars and Lectures.
5. Organizing scientific trips for the members, and conducting the scientific competitions in the field of specialty.
6. Participating in the local and world exhibitions.
7. Contributing in the scientific advancement in the field of the computer, taking the responsibility of preparing for the computer national conferences.
· Participation in setting an information national strategy
· Participation with the national committees in the Ministry Of Education, and the Ministry Of Higher Education to set syllabuses and study curricula for the computer.
· Participating with the General Organization of Standards & Specifications.
8. Publishing the scientific studies, publications, and periodicals pertaining to the Society focus of concern.
9. Cooperation with the World Societies and Organizations.
· Participation in the world conferences & seminars in the field of computer and information.
· Benefiting from the scientific experiences and services of the world societies.
10. Provision of the Professional Consultations:
· Submission of a study about the required needs in the computer field.
· Submission of evaluation of the bids/offers in the field of tenders for the computer consultations
· Consultant supervision on implementing the projects of computers , based on the request of the public or private channels.
· Analyzing the training requirements and setting the scientific syllabuses.
